The property, conveniently located right across the street from the Takanawa station, offers a delightful experience. The welcoming and informative staff ensured a pleasant stay. A guest lounge and bar provided a relaxing atmosphere, while daily replenishment of amenities and meticulous room cleaning added to the comfort. The bathroom, spacious and well-equipped, featured a shower and bathtub in one area and a toilet with a sink. The bed, comfortably sized for two, ensured a restful night’s sleep.

Cons:

The room was a bit small, which made it challenging to store our larger luggage.

Komfortables Hotel abseits vom Trubel, dennoch zentral
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist ca. 5-10 Gehminuten von mehreren Stations entfernt und man kann gut die Stadt erkunden. Auch die Shinkansen fahren von einer nah gelegenen Station ab. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet und das Bad geräumig.

Cons:

In direkter Umgebung befinden sich nicht allzu viele Restaurants/Cafés.

Good location but mattress is too soft
Pros:

Location is excellent , right opposite Takanawa Gateway station and Newoman. Also a few minutes walk to Asakusa Line and Shinagawa Station.

Cons:

The mattress is way too soft for me.

Pros:

Gut erreichbar vom Flughafen Haneda. Hatte vorher nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt und eins erhalten, was hinten raus lag. Tatsächlich recht angenehm für die lebhafte Lage. Die Betten waren unglaublich bequem. Mir sind die Betten in Japan oft eine Spur zu hart. Hier ist es perfekt ohne zu weich zu sein. Pflegeprodukte, Wasser und Kaffee (Tee) auf dem Zimmer, alles bestens organisiert. Den im Bad abgetrennten Duschbereich mit Badewanne empfand ich als sehr positiv. TV lässt sich mittels Chromecast steuern. Gegenüber ist ein sehr modernes und architektonisch interessantes Einkaufszentrum. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht gut Englisch.

Cons:

Es kann passieren, dass das Hotel in der Einflugschneise von Haneda liegt (bei Landung in Richting Südost). Ich vermute, dass das wegen Lärmschutz aber versucht wird zu vermeiden. Bei uns war es einmal nachmittags für zwei Stunden so und dann ist es natürlich schon etwas lauter (mit Ohrstöpseln geht es aber, wenn man schlafen mag). Wie bereits mehrfach angemerkt... Die Zimmer sind klein (aber alles optimal gelöst). Wie man große Koffer unterbringen oder öffnen will, wäre mir aber ein Rätsel. Wir hatten nur jeweils einen Rucksack. Das ging natürlich.

Best hotel in Tokyo
Pros:

Possibly the best hotel we stayed at in Tokyo (this was our 7th trip to the country and roughly to 12-15th hotel we stayed at in Tokyo). Spacious, clean, had Japanese-style bathrooms, and comfy beds.

Hotel avec situation parfaite
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était super. Il y a beaucoup de choix et la nourriture est très bonne. L'emplacement est idéal à 13 minutes de la gare de Shinagawa. C'est à dire un emplacement parfait quand on vient de l'aéroport de Narita et quand on veut trouver les métro vers les points importants de la ville.
