Great hotel, with great location. Poor experience because of staff.
Pros:

The property is well situated with easy access to two major train stations. There are family mart and 7 eleven stores within 5 min walking distance which is convenient. The property is new and very neat.

Cons:

Rooms are small but we made do. Our biggest challenge was the staff. We found the staff to be rigid and unhelpful. Everything we asked was met with a no we can’t do that or it was done but with lots of effort. We didn’t feel that staff were genuine but that they did things because they had to. Our perceived poor service impacted our stay and experience in Japan.

すばらしいホテルだと思います
Pros:

冷房の音が静かでぐっすり眠れました。前日のホテルの冷房の音量がうるさかったので音が全くない様に感じました。JR駅に近くlocationは最高、部屋の照明の配置がいいいと思いました。

Cons:

目覚し時計がありましたが起床時刻を合わせられず格闘しました（年寄りのせいですが）。もっとも、最初から電話でmorning callを頼んでおけばどういうこともなかったのですが。

Wygodne łóżko i duża łazienka

Cons:

Bardzo mały pokój, nie mieliśmy gdzie rozłożyć 2 walizek, był to jedyny hotel w którym do śniadania nie było normalnych soków tylko kolorowa woda z dystrybutora...

Un bon pount calme à Tokyo
Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable et serviable
Les machines à laver et le micro-ondes à disposition
Proximité des gares

Cons:

Un léger manque de place pour ranger les affaires (pas de quoi pendre les serviettes dans la salle de bain, valises au milieu du passage), mais c’est Tokyo
