Great location and very friendly staff. Also loved my room and snack area was open until 9pm. Good value for money.
The location is very close to Shinagawa Station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The duvet was soft and comfortable. The room was very clean. All amenities (kettle, safe, refrigerator, and toiletries) were available in the room. Free lemonade and snacks were provided in the lobby in the evening.
You have to be aware that the room is tiny, so for a short stay - definitely yes, for a long stay - not necessarily.

Lots of options for breakfast. Excellent location across from shopping center and train station and less than 10min walk from shinagawa station. Small but comfy room, bathroom has all necessities provided. Street below can be noisy (sirens) but ear plugs help

Nothing everything was great
The hotel is very close to Shinagawa , Sengakuji and Takanawa Gateway Station so it is easy to access everything from where you are. It was also very comfortable and was clean, as well they top up the toiletries

The location of the hotel was very good. Also, the room was very clean and the daily cleaning service very efficient. We also appreciated the complimentary tea/coffee time.
It might be a bit noisy at nights due to the train station and street in front of the hotel. However, as very sound sensitive guests, we could still have a decent rest.

The room did not have any view outside, just had a tinted glass. The room was also quite cramped, and did not have enough space to open my two suitcases at the same time.
