Puedes hacer el check-in a cualquier hora y es sencillísimo, sólo hay que ir introduciendo los datos de la reserva. La habitación estaba impecable y era tal cual las fotos. Estuvimos en la suite 18, la cama es extra grande y muy cómoda. La decoración del hotel está muy lograda. La zona común tiene lo necesario para desayunar o preparar algo rápido de comida.

Destaco la atención telefónica del personal. Se nos estropeó el secador y esa misma mañana nos trajeron uno nuevo.

Cons:

El hotel está ubicado en pleno centro, la calle es peatonal y no tiene acceso en coche. Tampoco hay ascensor en el hotel, aunque las escaleras de madera y la barandilla de estilo marinero se integran muy bien con el estilo de la decoración.

No nos gustó que el baño de la habitación tuviera la puerta de cristal y no se pudiera cerrar completamente, pesaba mucho, era corredera y se atascaba.

Bon logement avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour citadin

- le check-in possible à n'importe quelle heure
- le locker accessible toute la journée pour déposer ses affaires +++ pensez à prendre une pièce de 1€
- la configuration de la chambre originale
- le gel douche et shampoing sont top !
- la prise électrique bien pensée avec petite rebord pour mettre le livre et le téléphone.
- l'insonorisation est bien (j'avais peur car j'étais au RDC à côté de la porte d'entrée
- la salle en sous sol avec bouilloire, café, eau potable et des madeleines je crois. Un vrai plus.
- l'emplacement en centre ville.
- la déco sympathique
- la literie était confortable
