There is absolutely no such thing as service in this property.
On the first day, I spent almost an hour just trying to check in — and it was all done via WhatsApp. Ridiculous.

They claim to provide room cleaning, yet on several occasions I found hair in the bed that clearly wasn’t mine.

The only positive is the central location. However, it comes at a price: the property is right next to the Cathedral Basilica of Ciutadella, and the constant ringing of the bells is very disturbing. Even though the room has no window, you can still hear them clearly.

Last but not least, on my final day, the alarm went off at 7 AM and kept ringing for nearly half an hour. No one came to turn it off — I had to abandon my sleep and leave the building.

In a single word: AVOID.

Habitación cómoda y completa a un precio económico y en ubicación magnífica
Pros:

El desayuno no nos entraba. La ubicación era perfecta: justo al lado de la Catedral. Ubicación excepcional. Las vistas interesantes (sin ser algo destacable).

Cons:

El Check-in no funcionó automáticamente. Tuvimos que llamar al teléfono de urgencias que, por suerte, sí que estaba disponible y nos envió las instrucciones para entrar. Por otro lado, dejamos las toallas colgadas para ahorrar agua y jabón y al final se las llevaron para lavarlas igualmente y nos trajeron unas nuevas. Nos faltó un ascensor, puesto que mi acompañante tiene problemas de mobilidad. Nos faltó también una pequeña recepción, para hacer el check-in y el check-out más humanos. Parecía un poco que estábamos abandonados. Pero bueno, en general fue muy bien.

Pros:

Está bien decorado con la temática nautica, bien ubicado y tienen una zona en la parte abajo con un sofá, donde puedes tomarte un café o un té.

Cons:

No hay personal, así que te toca hacer el check in en una máquina, tienes que pagar sí o sí con tarjeta. Después de mirar las fotos de las habitaciones disponibles cogí una por la ubicación de la cama, la tele, el baño... La que me dieron no aparece en las imágenes. Es más pequeña, la tv estaba a un lado (no era smart, te dicen que sí), el baño abierto sin puerta, cero intimidad... Tenía una terraza en la parte de arriba, por esa puerta entraba muchísima luz por la mañana directamente en la cama. Les mandé un mensaje antes de escribir esto, pero nadie me contestó. Me parece que es engañar al cliente, si pago por una habitación, las fotos que se ponen deberían corresponder a esa habitación. Si no fuera por eso y el haberme contestado, habría sido una buena estancia.
