Pros:

Infelizmente não consegui permanecer no hotel. 1º) Minha reserva não estava constando no sistema do hotel 2) Quando conseguiram um quarto o gás estava vazando e o cheiro estava no andar todo inclusive no meu quarto. Sem condições de permanecer em um lugar, onde corre-se risco de vida. Ou seja, pagamos pela NÃO UTILIZAÇÃO.
