FRAUDE NO CONFÍEN EN LA PAGINA NI EN EL HOTEL

Pésimo, al llegar nos menciona que no tienen convenio con Hoteles.com y que la habitación nos saldría al doble de precio, es un fraude la plataforma y el hotel, en la recepción mencionan que desde el mes de enero no tienen convenio y que si queríamos quedarnos nos saldría al doble las habitaciones, espero tomen cartas en el asunto ya que dejan en mal a su plataforma, tuve que reservar en booking y me fue mucho mejor en otro lugar, hacen perder el tiempo y no hay donde comunicarse a la plataforma de hoteles.com para reglamar. ¡MUY MOLESTO POR LO OCURRIDO!

PESIMO , CUANDO LLEGUE YA NO HABÍA LUGAR PARA NOSOTROS EL HOTEL SOBREVENDIÓ Y SIMPLEMENTE NO HABÍA HOSPEDAJE PARA NOSOTROS AUN CUANDO HABLE UN DÍA ANTES Y ME DIJERON QUE TODO ESTABA CONFIRMADO Y QUE NO HABÍA NINGUN PROBLEMA, LO QUE OCASIONO QUE ME TUVIERA QUE REGRESAR A LA CD MEX POR LO QUE EXIJÓ UNA COMPENSACIÓN POR PARTE DE USTEDES POR EL MAL RATO QUE PASAMOS MI FAMILIA Y YO
