Gute Adresse nahe der Altstadt von Genua
Pros:

Ein sehr angenehmes kleines Hotel direkt an der Altstadt Genuas in einem Palazzo, was in der Stadt an sich nicht ungewöhnlich ist. Der Vorsteil ist, dass alle wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar sind.
Im Hotel hat man aber Historie und Moderne in angenehmer Weise verbunden, so dass nichts an Komfort fehlt. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, auch das Badezimmer war exorbitant groß, so das keine Wünsche im Hinblick auf Zimmer und Ausstattung offen geblieben sind. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück war üppig und reichhaltig, viele Speisen wurden frisch zubereitet am Platz serviert.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer war mit Blick auf den Innenhof, der Innenhof war relativ klein und glich eher einem Lichthof ohne jeglichen Ausblick. Das war so angekündigt, im Angebot angegeben und stellt insofern keinen Mangel dar. Es gab bei Buchung allerdings auch leider keine Alternative als die Variante des Zimmers mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Der Vorteil war dabei allerdings, dass das Zimmer sehr ruhig war und z.B. Straßenlärm nicht bemerkbar war.

Pros:

Le surclassement, la taille de la chambre, le petit déjeuner parfait.

Cons:

L'arrivée avec l'obligation de passer avant à la réception pour pouvoir accéder au parking en face, idem pour le départ, c'est dommage de devoir repasser déposer la carte. Un Système de ticket papier serait un plus.
La tv avec absence de chaîne en français (France 24 au moins..)

Città vivace e inclusiva
Pros:

La posizione comoda vicino al porto antico per visitare meglio la città. La colazione ricca e molto buona, lo staff gentile e disponibile, camera ampia, luminosa e con vista sul porto.

Cons:

Il parcheggio, pagamento a parte, un po caro 24 euro al giorno

Impossibilità di oscurare completamente la camera, a causa della posizione aprire la finestra lascia entrare molto smog, la qualità della colazione potrebbe essere migliorata

Cons:

La temperatura della Camera, risultata essere troppo calda, in marzo di giorno le temperatura esterne arrivano a 20° e il sistema di condizionamento centralizzato non funzionante nella stagione, non aiuta al comfort della camera

Ett bra val om man vill utforska Gamla Stan i Genova. Vårt rum var jättestort, gissningsvis 45m2.
Pros:

Frukosten var jättebra när man förstod systemet. Man fick beställa från meny´n. Det fanns tillräckligt att beställa & det gjordes "a la minute". Omelett, sallad, skinka, ost, olika kaffe mm. Vad man behöver i vår värld. Receptionen ligger på 2:a våning & är liten. Trevlig personal med personlig service.

Cons:

Parkering finns ju att köpa till för 24 Euro per dygn som är helt ok i en storstad, garaget ligger nära men det är mycket trafik & många filer så man får hålla tungan rätt i mun för att inte köra fel. Receptionen förklarade jättetydligt hur man skulle agera så det var helt ok. Det man ev. kunde ändra med parkeringen för en bekvämare utcheckning vore att man som gäst slipper att åka tillbaka till hotellet att lämna in parkeringskortet som man får låna under tiden man parkerar. Vill man iväg snabbt på en morgon kan det vara ett litet störande moment att behöva åka tillbaka till hotellet då det är så mycket trafik.
