Great place, the staff were fantastic. Very kind. Always trying to help and a big thank you to Hailey, Bella, Helena and Nancy. You are such lovely people. Room was great, breakfasts were really well done and so much food!

Foi uma estadia tranquila apesar dos percalços no caminho. O hotel estava cheio e por conta disso. Me deram um downgrade para um quarto que nao representava as imagens no site. Mencionei minha insatisfação com o quarto incial sem ser rude, mas firme que estava insatisfeita e que era frusttante ter aquela solução. Bom, a equipe sempre foi muito atenciosa e fez de tudo para amenizar o problema e acabei ficando nesse quarto inferior ao que pedi apenas um dia. O café da manhã é simplesmente fantástico e bem farto. Impossível não encontrar algo do seu agrado. Sendo assim diria que os pontos fortes do hotel sao a equipe muito bem treinada no atendimento ao hóspede, o café-da-manha e o spa no hotel. Já os fracos eu diria que sao por conta do prédio ser antigo e precisar de uma reforma. Além de uma atualização das fotos no site para evitar frustrações. Para um hotel 3 estrelas ele cumpre seu papel. Eu destaco o esforço e mérito da funcionária Gisele em sempre perguntar o que estava bom e me dando liberdade para reclamar de qualquer coisa que nao estivesse à altura. O Vietnã tem pouca experiencia em gerenciamento de hoteis com grandes movimentos, mas o esforço e dedicacao da equipe compensam.

First off, all the staff were great! Extremely helpful and very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The convenience of everything within walking distance was a plus. I highly recommend Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel.

ホテルの近くには コンビニからマッサージから飲食店から数多くあるので全く不便がないです。ホテルの担当(Giselle)が不便がないようにLINE でやり取りができるようにしてくれたのがありがたい。またダナンに来た時は泊まってもいい コストパフォーマンスのいいホテルです。

가성비좋은 호텔입니다. 청결이라든지 직원친절함 너무 만족합니다.다만 며칠 온수가 안나와 샤워를 못함.

The staff was absolutely incredible and our room was very clean and tidy. It is in a great location and the price is amazing for what you get. 10/10 would recommend.

오래된듯합니다. 길에서 계단으로 올라가야 리셉션이 있습니다. 엘리베이터가 작습니다. 룸은 오래된 느낌이 곳곳에 있습니다.침대 시트에 작은 머리카락이 있었습니다.
제가 묵은 방은 구조가 독특해서 욕실 문을 열면 세면대를 가리는 구조입니다. 문을 열어둘수 없습니다.
바디샤워와 샴푸 용기가 처음부터 펌프가 분리되어 있었습니다. 사용하면 뚜껑이 바로 분리됩니다.
조식은 적당하고 맛도 괜찮습니다.
조식당 입구에서 평가를 위한 직원이 있으며. 질문을 자주 합니다. 불편한 사항을 말하면 바로 조취해 줍니다.
새벽에 도착하면 계단에서 리셉션까지 캐리어를 들고 이동해야 합니다.
리셉션 직원이 한명이라 일때문에 없을수도 있으며 올때까지 기다려야합니다.

Room clean, breakfast is amazing!

Wonderful hotel. Very inexpensive and clean. The hotel even offered a free breakfast buffet. It’s walkable to hundreds of restaurants. It’s also a 15-minute walk to the beach.

다낭 한달살기 중 6일을 머물렀습니다. 마케비차 걸어서 10분안에 충분햐 도착하고요 주변에 베이커리, 커피숍. 바 등 예쁜데.많아요. 조식도 지루하지 않게 조굼씩 메뉴를 바꿔가면서 주셔서 좋았고요 저는 특햐 마케비치가 보이는 테라스에서 조식을 즐겼습니다. 친절하신 Gigi 매니저냠이 챙겨주신 패션 후르츠 푸댱 최고.였어요. 너무 잘 지내다 갑니다.
