The location was great.

Cons:

The romms were not clean, utility was working bad.In the morning there was no electricity and in the evening water🤦🏻‍♀️

Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel for a short visit to Tbilisi.

Good location, but needs needs improvement for cleanliness
Pros:

Location was great. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Bathroom was big and spacious, and the shower was good. Heating was good and warm. Breakfast was OK.

Cons:

The floor was dirty and dusty upon arrival. The pillows and mattress was covered in yellow stains. Windows are not sound proof and very noisy outside. No free water in the room you had to pay extra if you want water.

Lovely stay that could've been better.
Pros:

The rooms are well laid out and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, walking distance to alot of attractions, Hop-on bus stop was close, nice restaurants close by. Wifi was strong!

Cons:

When I stay at a place I always look at the small things. Walls in rooms are dirty, I dropped something and it rolled under the bed, when I took a light to look for it, you can see it was not cleaned under the beds in ages. Breakfast was very basic, what wasn't eaten today, was served again tomorrow. The view was amazing when you look up, when you look down you look at a garbage pile yard. The lift's windows can do with a good cleaning as well. Got torn towels as "Fresh towels". I think the staff are great but owners need to invest a little back into the place and it would be great! TV's didn't work, Phones didn't work. MAINTENANCE, MAINTENANCE, MAINTENANCE!

A wonderful and relaxing stay that I would definitely recommend and happily return to.
Pros:

The hotel has a beautiful design, very clean rooms, and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The location is excellent and close to many attractions, making it very convenient to explore the city.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything met my expectations and the stay was very comfortable.
