Nice hotel!
Very nice hotel with a good bed, nice big bathroom. The pool is nice when you come back after a long warm day.
The staff is very nice and do a very good job. They even pay our taxi to the train station as an exstra service.
The location is not close to the Registan but one hour walk or maximum 10 min. in taxi.
Excellent breakfast (everything is fresh )clean Hotel Excellent ,very friendly staff
Very high quality in everything, rooms spacious and nicely furnished, immaculate, clean, comfortable, good wifi, staff helpful, only drawback that it's some distance from the tourist highlights, so taking a taxi necessary but they are dirt cheap
Great hospitality. Extremely helpful staff.
Lovely hotel, felt very clean and breakfast was good as well. The only issue we had was that someone at the reception gave new guests keys to our room, so we woke up in the middle of the night because someone entered the room. That wasn't great
We enjoyed our two night stay at this hotel. We were checked in and out with great care (by a cheery staff member who spoke English well), loved the clean hotel room (especially the deck that looked out onto sparkling lit trees at night. The parking was handy as we needed to drive a bit to the local sites.
Nice hotel opened around three years ago, great reception staff, very friendly and helpful
Clean and neat hotel, unlimited complementary bottled water, Uzbek hospitality offering national pastries to your room
Nice breakfast with great service
Beautiful hotel! With friendly and resourceful staff
In general hotel clean and cozy with a quite good breakfast, but at me from number Airpods were gone. Directly from a cover with charging and a powerbank. Found it only at the airport. The geolocation shows that earphones were switched off in hotel. The personnel say that checked room and woman who cleaned room and found nothing. It very much upset☹️. Long ago I did not hide valuable things in hotels in the safe, and would cost. Because of it I do not recommend hotel!
I stayed there for 2 nights. The room itself was well appointed, comfortable and spacious, and I was very happy with it. The staff and service were terrible. Totally disinterested - busy flirting amongst themselves, poor English, no follow up, unhelpful attitude and at times rude. It took repeated calls to get someone to take my laundry- I'd be promised a response within a few minutes, and then there would be no follow up, so I had to call again..and again .. and again! Breakfast was average, and made worse by the waiter present just waiving at the buffet and then walking off to talk on his phone or to his colleagues. No attempt was made to replenish the buffet, so I just gave up and ate what was left. On checkout, I stored my bags with the hotel and went out for sightseeing. On my return I was told that the manager had gone out with the locker keys, so I would have to wait. After waiting for a while while, I went back to discover that he was back, just that no one had bothered to inform me even though I was sitting right in front of them. There are loads more instances that I could recount, but enough said. The property owners really need to get a competent GM and invest in staff training, as this has the potential to become a good hotel. I would not go back there.
Our room was really nice and we were looking forwad to our dinner. The whole restaurant was dipped in pink. Our table was so high/the chair so low that I (1,65 m) couldn't eat. I had tp pick up pillows from the neighbour tables.During meal a video run on tv where a man was executed by headshot. Terrible loud Music with an extremely loud violinist who tried to accompany the Music.Food was of bad Quality, boring and overcooked. The next day we wanted to drink tea in the lounge or bar. We were tolded that they are waiting für a wedding and the "only" place where we could have tea was outside in the garden. We refused because we had 10°C outside. Fortunately it was possible to get tea inside. All in all we cannot recommend this hotel.
My wife and myself stayed here for three nights as part of a tour to Uzbekistan. Hotel is still quite new and in good condition, location is a little way from major sights but as our tour was with a driver and guide no difficulty for us sight seeing. Our room , 409,was quiet and spacious, clean with a comfortable bed and efficient Air Conditioning, a kettle and tea making facilities were included. Bathroom was spacious with a full bath, shower w.c. and a bidet, towels were large fluffy and there were lots of them. Breakfast room was clean and pleasant and their was a good choice of food, they were encountering difficulties with the coffee machine but staff made coffee for you on request. The restaurant, Sophia, was situated both inside and in the hotel gardens, food was very good with a wide selection of both local and international dishes. One comment I have read on here says loud music is constantly played here and indeed there was always some music including on one evening a live singer I must say our room situation meant that this did not cause us any problem. All staff encountered were pleasant, many spoke good English and they seemed to take pride in the Hotel. There is also a swimming pool located in the gardens and my wife did use it. This was our favourite Hotel on our tour and I would not hesitate to stay here again, perhaps ask for a quiet room on arrival.
Very nice and well-managed hotel with a good european restaurant and a refreshing pool area. Freindly English-speaking staff. Single room was small but clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast. The centre of Samarkand can be reached by foot (20-30min), bus or taxi (just 0,50€!!!!). Enjoyed my 3 night stay!
Wonderful experience! Traveled with two families and service was simpy exceptional! Everyone was very friendly and polite. We had small children and the hotel staff did everything to accommodate us. Very clean, great service, and live instrumental music in the evenings in the patio.
Receptionist is a little slowly, he couldn't manage my reciept.
