Disappointment
Pros:

I'm frequently traveling to China for business and I love this country! They are ahead in most of areas but one thing really still missing here: smoking free policy for indoor places. Most of the hotels are trying to implement this policy now but it's very hard to fight bad habits.
Even though in all other aspects I'm completely happy with the service, I'm still very disappointed as it seems like requesting a smoke-free room isn't possible. I've booked a smoke-free room and have confirmed at my check-in and even though I got a very generous upgrade, my room was horribly smelling smoke as if there was someone smoking continously! And this is extremely bad for someone who suffer from chronic allergies and is asthmatic like me!

Wonderful ! Friendly, Helpful , Would stay again, very accommodating, the food was very good, just the WiFi could improve.I was lucky to say here and would do so again as I travel there often. Ask for any assistance and you receive.

the place was above expectation! The housekeeping to the Manager Mr. Cao was outstanding. Highly recommend to family and friends. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience.
