Pros:

it is located in a rwmote area where transportation is scar. The property owner and expedia should disclosed that this property is remote and you need to drive in a rough rugged dirt road to arrive in the place. During emergency expect no one will xome at you for mrdical needs. The proeprty owner shpuld disclosed it location is remote and road is rugged and rough and dirt, wherein tropical rain would be.impossible to get outthe area or worst you will get stack up. Not a place to go for convenience.

Pros:

The location is stunning, a great place to get away from the maddness in El Nido. Lovely beach and access to the tours a, b , c , d and some others. The beach is like paradise, lined by palms and amazing to lay in a hammock for a nap.

However...
When we arrived we were greeted by smiles and staff who seemed they couldn't do enough for us however we found that wasn't really the case.

The room was fine, we had a double room with a fan and used the shared facilities. The Facilities were not good, ants everywhere, cold shower over toliet in just a little unfinished hut.

The food was ok, tuna sandwich was especially nice. Although be prepared to wait an hour and 45 minutes for your food. The staff hearts were in the right place and they did try but it was very frustrating when you are hungry.

We also had a bus planned at 1pm on our day of checkout to get to the airport for our 5pm flight. It was all organised the morning of the day before and settled and then 8pm that night the admin guy decides to tell us we have to go at 9am now as there is no other bus or option. This annoyed us as we had discussed this with them in detail that morning. They also kept changing their prices for transfers, trying to get more and more money out of us. We were further annoyed as we had to go to the airport 7 hours early. Then we were greeted by other guests of our hotel at 3pm who had been on a 1pm transfer. We were not pleased!

Overall we enjoyed our stay but just be wary.

Manager and staff were great.
Pros:

The manager was fantastic. The food was excellent..but the pool was broken and the approach by land still needs work. They should advertise to approsch by boat only. The staff was great and treated us well.
