Great location, absolutely nice staff

The room was somewhat tired. The desk space was small and bed was rock hard (the mattress was extremely worn). The mirror in the bathroom had a massive crack through it. There was no phone to call reception (and I was told that the phone system didn't work anyway). I had a load of mosquitos in my room which was rather uncomfortable. Also, the air conditioning didn't adjust to temperature meaning that it ended up running all night making the room rather cold.

Breakfast wasn't great either. No hot options and the cold food was not good quality. All in all, it was not appropriate for a business trip.

Hotel moved me to a hotel further from the old town on the day with no notice

Very bright rooms with no blackout, quite noisy. Comfy bed. Clean and tidy.

Wonderful stay at Filitti Boutique Hotel! The location is excellent — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, with nice toiletries provided. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged, making for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

The room was really nice but the bed was really uncomfortable and hard. The bathroom and walk in shower were spacious. Thd location was walkable from all the main sites. Overall was good value for money as was cheaper than other hotels in the same area.

Hotel in posizione centrale! Colazione buona, non troppo vasta ma sia salata che dolce! Cambio asciugamani giornaliero e prodotti da bagno buoni! Molto carino e pulito!

We liked it a lot. Although very close to the old city, it is at the end of it so you don‘t hear the noise. A great location to go anywhere on foot, via metro or by bus. From the airport take the bus 100 and get out at the Uniirii Plaza. Then you can go walking. Elevator works and AC running well. Nice coffee shop around the corner. Everything went smooth and will stay there again.

De ligging was helemaal fijn, vlak bij het centrum maar wel s’avonds lekker rustig. De kamer was netjes en fijne douche. Ontbijt is niet uitgebreid maar is voor die prijs oké. Personeel aan de balie was niet vriendelijk, bij inchecken bleef de medewerker gewoon telefoneren.

Staff really nice, location great if a little run down/quiet on the actual street. Room was great, the shower was amazing. Didn't try the breakfast. Would book there again.

Good location in old town near many attractions and bars, room was clean and had all the basic amenities, staff were always around 24/7 and helpful, great value

Overall, property was clean and comfortable. Some aspects could have been slightly better maintained (tiles missing in the shower), but there was an included breakfast and the view from the breakfast room was pleasant. One aspect that would improve stays is if the elevator did not ding 3 times each time it left a floor - it was quite loud and could be heard in bedrooms.

Rummet var fint och städat. Hissen trasig båda dagarna men fick hjälp upp med väskan till rummet. Hade mailat om laktosfri frukost utan att få svar och bad om alternativ på plats utan att det ordnades ändå. Överlag ett ok boende men hade önskat bättre service med frukosten.

The room was spacious and clean with the hotel conveniently located. However the lift wasn't working which made the fifth room fun to reach and the rooftop room wasn't open for evening drinks. What's wrong with a free bottle of water in each room?

Great place to stay, very clean and in the best location.

Hotel muito bem situado mesmo no centro da cidade junto ao museu de história nacional da Romênia.
O único problema foi o ruído de noite uma vez que fica perto da zona antiga onde se situam os bares.
