Un bon hôtel où il fait bon séjourner.
Pros:

L’emplacement, la gentillesse et l’efficacité du personnel. L’esthétique de la chambre.

Cons:

Chambre très petite, salle de bain à l’étroit et mal aménagée : lavabo derrière la porte. mais ça passe pour 2 personnes.

Очень хороший 4х звездный отель, полностью соответствует своему классу! Удобно расположен в центре старого квартала Ханоя. Номера удобные, уютные, чистые, светлые, с большой ванной комнатой, в хорошем состоянии. Хорошая ежедневная уборка. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, включают в себя как вьетнамские так и европейские блюда, а также разнообразные фрукты и десерты. Круглосуточная компетентная помощь персонала, все приятные и дружелюбные! Останавливались в этом отделе два раза.

Beautiful, neat, and refined!
Pros:

An amazing stay experience right in the center of Hanoi!: I just had a vacation at Lheritage Diamond Hotel and I am completely satisfied with my experience here. The hotel is located on Nha Chung Street, in a very prime location, right in the center but still maintains tranquility and privacy. From here, it's very convenient to move to the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, or famous dining spots. The rooms are decorated in a sophisticated boutique style, cozy and extremely clean. The beds are comfortable, with modern equipment and full amenities, providing a home-like comfort. The biggest plus is the staff. Everyone is very friendly, polite, and enthusiastic in assisting from the check-in process to advising on local attractions. A wonderful accommodation space with a price completely commensurate with the quality. I will definitely come back here on my next trips to Hanoi and will recommend it to friends and family!

I highly recommend it!

The overall experience at the hotel was very good! The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, making it very comfortable to stay. it is well-maintained and the staff are fluent in English, so communication is not an issue, and everyone is friendly. The breakfast, in particular, is very delicious. I would give it a five-star value for money!

Clean accommodation
Pros:

New hotel, clean, beautiful, and modern interiors, enthusiastic and friendly staff. The hotel is right across Cathedral and Hoan Kiem Lake. Buffet breakfast - You can also order dishes like egg dishes, pho, and pancakes, which are delicious. The location is also great, making it one of the best hotels to stay at within this price range.

Great Value hotel , center of Old Quarter
Pros:

I have stayed in many hotels in Hanoi over the years not 5 star but this is my favourite hotel. The hotel is very good but the staff make the hotel what it is by being so helpful no matter what you need help with

Best service and best location!
Pros:

The walking accessibility was excellent, and the room size and amenities were well-equipped, making it very convenient. Outstanding Service and an Amazing Stay!
Pros:

I had such a wonderful stay at L’heritage Diamond Hotel in Hanoi! Everything was great, from the room to the breakfast and the service. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights. It was delicious, with both a buffet and à la carte options, so there was plenty of variety. Everything we tried was really good! All of the staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I was extremely happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. I would happily stay here again!

New hotel in center of old quarter!
Pros:

I only stayed for one night, but the hotel upgraded my room to a bigger one, which was incredibly clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was superb—either completely new or extremely well maintained. The staff, from reception to the waitstaff, were truly 5-star—not just 4-star! Everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of buffet options, some nice pastries and small croissants, and, best of all, great coffee! Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

الغرف نظيفة والطاقم ودوود وكل الي احتجنا له قاموا بتلبيته، الموقع جميل جدا المشي لمسافة قصيرة إلى بحيرة هوان كيم. كل الشكر للموظفين العاملين بالفندق و لا ننسى أيضا العاملين في المطبخ وموظفي خدمة الغرف.

Pros:

Fabulous hotel! Only stayed 1 night but wish we had time to stay longer! The room was stunning, spacious and very comfortable! The hotel itself was well located, very clean and modern and all staff were so helpful and kind. The breakfast was amazing and had so much variation! Overall, loved this hotel and will definitely be back for longer. 100% would recommend!!
