The location in the city center was convenient for walking around nearby tourist attractions, the coffee street, and the night market. The room condition was good. I arrived earlier than check-in time on the first day, the friendly staff allowed me to check in quickly while enjoying a welcome drink, which was great. The breakfast was also well-equipped, and the coffee was particularly delicious. Overall, I appreciate everyone’s kindness and friendliness.
The location is very good, close to the supermarket and Hoan Kiem Lake. They even prepared bed flowers and a cake as a gift when I informed them in advance about my child's birthday. Unfortunately, when my child had a fever and couldn’t eat breakfast, they allowed me to take it to go. Although it was quite challenging, the staff really helped me out. Thank you!
The room was surprisingly spacious and clean. The breakfast was also very excellent. The biggest advantage of this hotel is that all the staff are friendly. Their efforts were very impressive. Sabi Ms, who attended to us, prepared a birthday cake and wine to celebrate my birthday. Phuong also always treated us kindly with a bright smile. If I have a friend going to Hanoi, I can confidently recommend this hotel without hesitation.
The staff were very kind, and they helped with restaurant and spa reservations. The room was quiet and the location was convenient ( Near the Hoan Kiem Lake and Church ) . The rooftop restaurant was also very nice. I would like to stay at this hotel again if I go to Hanoi.

Great location, surrounded by many restaurants, bars, shops, and close to the lake. Service is impeccable. The suite with terrace and jacuzzi was beautiful and clean. Breakfast buffet has many variety of food. The spa was a nice retreat from a day of walking and the heat of summer days.
The location is very convenient as it is within walking distance to the Old Town and tourist spots. Very professional and helpful staff. Well appointed and clean room. Excellent breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great little hotel. The location honestly couldn’t be better - St. Joseph's Cathedral is literally a one-minute walk away, there’s a minimart right on the corner if you need anything quickly, and the surrounding streets are full of great cafes and small artisan shops.
For the price, the room actually exceeded expectations. It was a decent size, not cramped at all, with a spacious bathroom. Yes, the window looked straight onto the wall of the neighbouring building, but considering the street noise starts pretty early here, that actually turned out to be a bit of a plus.
Another highlight was breakfast on the top floor with panoramic windows - the views were great.

My room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely view and all the necessary amenities. The location was also very convenient, close to restaurants, attractions, and public transport. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with plenty of variety.
