Un buen hotel , excelente ubicación . El personal muy atento y disponible . Buen precio/calidad para familia (5) en 2 habitaciones que quedaron contiguas ( espacio familiar que ofrece el hotel )

Cons:

El piso para desayuno era muy pequeño , aun cuando el desayuno en si mismo era bueno. Algo estrecho en su arquitectura , pero se entiende de edificios de la zona , la gran mayoría son construcciones de esa manera.

Fabulous hotel!
Pros:

Great location, amenities, and staff! Was really happy with this hotel, they have everything and the staff, especially Sabi, were really friendly and accommodating. Location was very central and easy to locate, near a lot of restaurants.

Pros:

Location was ideal and within the Old Quarter neighbourhood. Quiet escape from the city at the end of the day. The room itself was spacious, and the executive suite with balcony natural sunlight. Overall it was a comfortable stay at a well-maintained establishment

Highly recommended!
Pros:

How can I start. Lheritage Diamond Hotel felt comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. Sabi familiarized us with the hotel and area. From the beginning she looked after our every need. It’s the little things that count for us and Sabi took care of it all. From arranging rides, helping with flight plans to even walking me to the best barber - we could count on her. Furthermore she made us feel like family.
The amenities were fantastic and well located in the heart of Old Quarter Hanoi. Everything was a short walk away.
We took advantage of the Spa and enjoyed it immensely. We will definitely stay again.

The best hotel location in Hanoi!
Pros:

The rooms and bed were very comfortable and the service was excellent. The manager came over before we left and thanked us for staying with them and offered a ride back to the airport from anywhere in Hanoi when we were done with our trip. They were so helpful with all requests and went above and beyond in every way.

Enjoyed our stay very much.
Pros:

Location Is perfect. It’s not on a big street, close to church, lake, park, and lots of good food and coffee around. Breakfast is delicious, has the best pho ga. Staff is attentive and very helpful. Room is clean and good size. And bed is very comfortable

Didn’t really use the tub in the bathroom

Clean, comfortable and conveniently suited I in the middle of old town.
Pros:

Location of Lheritage Diamond hotel is great - right in the Old Quarter and easy access to sights and cars and bars. Ms Sabi was extremely helpful in organising food tour and also cruise in Lan Ha Bay making it all easy for us to experience.

Excellent stay in the heart of the city
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel with great service and all the amenities a person can want. We used the hotel as our home base as we travelled outside of Hanoi. Each time we returned to the Hanoi Lheritage Diamond we were greeted by the friendly and extremely helpful door men and people working at the reception desk. The rooms in the Lheritage Diamond are lovely----clean, good beds, pillows and covers and well-stocked with accessories. Thanks all !!!

Great location even greater staff!
Pros:

We had a wonderful time staying at this accommodation - it was nice and clean - the location was excellent - breakfast perfect. As for the staff including Jame they were so helpful, friendly and looked after their guests well. Thankyou for their wonderful accommodation.

Wonderful Hotel in Hanoi
Pros:

We have had an amazing stay at this centrally located hotel. The staff are so helpful and attentive. If you wish to explore this amazing city don't hesitate to book this hotel. We will definately be back. We travelled as a group ( 3 families) which included teenagers and young adults and it was ideal. The breakfast selection includes Western as well as local options and are all made freshly to order.

Beautiful, Comfortable and Extremely Friendly!
Pros:

Rooms well maintained, clean, large and comfortable. Bathroom well provided for Ruth toothbrush, comb n or other toiletries. Buffet breakfast was included in the room price. Wonderful stay. Excellent service. Excellent staff. Highly recommend. Fantastic location. Mr Pon hotel manager was extremely helpful and friendly.

Lovely hotel in a good location
Pros:

Stayed at the Hanoi Lheritage Diamond Hotel in Hanoi for 2 nights and it is a brilliant location. The old quarter is very busy but once in the hotel, you didn’t hear a thing.
The staff in the hotel are amazing and can’t do enough for you, especially Pon. Who looked after us extremely well.
The rooms are nice size and the bed is super comfortable.
Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic hotel with friendly and caring staff!
Pros:

Lovely hotel . My husband and I stayed for 3 nights .
The hotel is very central and has alot of restaurants and cafes nearby .
Our room was pleasant, the bathroom was clean and the toiletries were good.
The Staff are so friendly and helpful. Sabi the receptionist was lovely, and gave us a warm welcome.
The breakfast was lovely, there are various options and we chose eggs, sausages,bacon and toast.
I would recommend this hotel, infact upon our return to Hanoi in the future we will stay here again.
