Our 3-day stay was truly enjoyable. The hotel’s location is ideal — centrally situated yet calm and comfortable. The ambiance creates a relaxing and elegant atmosphere from the moment you walk in.
The staff deserve special mention- for their warmth and professionalism; they made us feel genuinely welcomed. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for comfort.

Overnight Hanoi
Pros:

Lovely breakfast. Location convenient.
Bathroom very clean, great shower.

Cons:

Unfriendly male receptionists. The attitude during check in was unpleasant. Rudely asking for passport etc.
Pillows are huge and very hard.
Rooms small and cluttered with furniture. We didn't have suitcases!

My best memory of Hanoi is staying in this hotel!
Pros:

Our stay was very enjoyable. It is a beautiful hotel, on a charming busy street, but you do not hear the hustle and bustle of the outdoors in the hotel. The staff here is exceptional. From the morning breakfast, greeted by Pon, you feel right at home. he and his staff set you up for a good day.

Best location in Old quarter !!!

My husband and I stayed the Lheritage Diamond Hotel while on a 2-week tour of Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia, and of all the places we stayed, the service here stands out as the absolute best. We had a minor issue and left a comment on a requested feedback card, and the staff went above and beyond to correct it. Their attention to detail and to ensuring our happiness was nothing short of stellar, and our overall experience was truly memorable and fun. The breakfast was amazing (!!!). Our room was beautiful, and the hotel had a clean aesthetic and premium feel. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Ha Noi, and want to thank the staff and specifically Pon, the Manager, for the incredible service!
