Perfect stay!
Pros:

Nice clean hotel , helpful staff. The location is the best in Hanoi Old Quarter , The breakfast had a lot of variety and was fresh and hot. They’ll even supply fresh omelettes and pho soup. Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel location and service!
Pros:

After flying into Hanoi, diving from the airport and launching straight into a walking tour of the city, we were incredibly relieved to finish the day by arriving at this excellent hotel in the Old Quarter. The air conditioned, tasteful lobby provided a welcome break from the heat, and check-in was smooth and friendly. We received a printed map along with local food and drink recommendations; thanks to the hotel’s ideal location, there were plenty of options within walking distance. Much to our delight, we were also upgraded to a king suite. The room was well designed, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was well catered and enjoyable, served in a quiet space with a great aerial view of the Old Quarter. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night initially, but we were so impressed that we made sure to rebook after our return from Cat Ba. The staff were outstanding - friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore the Old Quarter on foot while enjoying a comfortable, welcoming stay.

Exceptional!
Pros:

Truly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located right at the heart of where everything happens. Rooms come with beautiful interior. Clean and spacious with a nice bath. Staff are very kind and accommodating. Food was also very clean and delicious. Thanks for having us!

It is a comfortable accommodation that relieves the fatigue of travel!
Pros:

Best hotel location in center of old quarter . Staff was excellent and provided helpful suggestions on restaurants and places to visit. They are able to arrange early/late transport to the airport which was wonderful. We did have the breakfast for one day, there was excellent and everything else was lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

The best hotel location in old quarter Hanoi!
Pros:

Great hotel and location. Quiet on a side street, good food and drinks, good breakfast and comfortable room. Attentive staff, able to converse in English, Sabi has been helpful during my stay. Phuong the receptionist made check-in and out a breeze. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended hotel !
Pros:

The room was clean and had a bathtub, which was great for relaxing in the evening. The location was relatively quiet, near the Church and Hoan Kiem Lake, there were many attractions within walking distance. The breakfast time starting at 6:30AM was very helpful for tourists who wanted to explore early, and the food was excellent. The pho was particularly delicious. All the staff were friendly, and I had a happy time without any inconveniences. I will return here when I visit Hanoi again.

Quiet, Convenient, Comfortable!

It was a very pleasant experience overall. The location was excellent—close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, which made exploring the city very convenient. The room was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. The hotel amenities. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

Room a bit small, weird pillar in bathroom which makes it hard to move freely. Otherwise good, breakfast was good and we had an early departure and they made us takeaway option which was good.

I would highly recommend this Hotel and staff to anyone visiting Hanoi. 
Pros:

Ms. Sabi was excellent at always making us feel welcome and arranging our two week itinerary. Her attention to detail made everything run smoothly, including our transportation with taxis, buses, and sleeper buses. The breakfast was good and the rooms and air conditioning were very pleasant. The location is exceptional and easy walking distance to the lake and everywhere that we wanted to go.

Cons:

Only once did we get a small room, and we asked for a bigger one and we were immediately upgraded.
