Pros:

I had a check-in however it wasn't confirmed by the hotel accommodations were not available in the hotel.

Cons:

I have a confirmed booking however the hotel said it isn't there.

Didn't enjoy the stay there.
Pros:

There was no breakfast and dinner was ok, the Vegetable Corn Soup was good, the menu shown to us had different rates and they charged us more and when asked the person who billed us said that these are the rates, we said it shows different in the menu shown us. He didn't even return the extra money charged. The people working there care a damn. Didn't like the attitude of the workers working there.

Pros:

Over all experience was good tasty food,clean rooms,I managed the parking but no sufficient parking space available also they are managing in minimal manpower hence service is a concern,also limited menu and daily same menu was available for breakfast.

Cons:

Service and breakfast menu could have been much much better

Totally uncooperative staff.

Cons:

The manager had confirmed the stay on calls twice. When we went to check in the hotel denied and said no rooms are available. Also they had given our room to someone who paid more. Very unprofessional behaviour. Then they gave us one room which was not cleaned properly.
