心地よく、落ち着いて過ごせるホテル
Pros:

駅からもそれ程遠くなくお部屋も清潔で、ホテルの方も皆さん感じが良かったので、とても心地よく過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。また神戸へ来る時は利用させていただきたいです。

残念でした。
Pros:

客室は清潔感があり、清掃も行き届いていました。連泊しましたが、アメニティやタオルの補充もきちんとされていました。

Cons:

フロントスタッフが良くない。チェックイン時に対応していただいて男性スタッフは笑顔がなく、説明も解り難かった、整髪など身だしなみもだらしない印象。チェックアウト時（7時過ぎ）にはフロントにスタッフが不在。読んでも誰も出てこない。５回めくらいでフロント左横スペース付近から男性スタッフが返事をして登場、上着を着ていない状態（ワイシャツのみ）。　呼び鈴など置かれたらどうですか？　と話しかけると「駐車場を見に行ってたので・・・」と返答？
問いに対しての答えは無し。
朝食会場のカトラリーなどが置いてあるコーナーの角にカスター（塩）がありますが、３個とも中身が湿気っていて固まっていいました。塩は各テーブルにセットあれているので、かたずけた方が印象が良い。個包装のパンは硬くて（古い？）美味しくなかったです。コーヒーなどドリンクは持ち帰りOKのようですが、使い捨てカップがどこにあるか解らなかった。
これからよく三ノ宮に仕事で出張できますが、リピートはしません。

宿泊自体は問題なかった。ただ排水の問題は早めにご対応いただいた方がいいと思います。
Pros:

朝食が美味しかった。

Cons:

浴槽と洗面台の水捌けが悪く、少し水を使うだけでも水がすぐに溜まってしまった。
また部屋が少し下水のような匂いがした。

Pros:

ひとりでの宿泊でしたが、お部屋もベッドが大きくゆったりとくつろげました

Cons:

コインランドリーの前に忘れ物？落とし物？がありました。ずいぶんと長く放置されているように見受けられました。

A normal, basic good hotel.
Pros:

The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a good location and has a stylish overall look. The room was adequately equipped and had good air conditioning. The breakfast was tasty and quite varied, although nothing surprising.

Cons:

The hotel room (standard twin) was a bit dated and there was noticeable wear and tear on the furniture. Although the room was quite clean in general, some details were untidy, such as the remote control. Most importantly, the bathroom and bed were clean! There was a slight unpleasant sewer smell from the toilet.
