Неплохой отель в центре города!
Pros:

Местоположение, большой номер, балкон, чисто, одноразовые зубные наборы. Есть хороший ресторан в подвале здания.

Cons:

До 10.30 утра и после 21.00 поесть невозможно. Ночью отключили воду и с утра ее так и не дали, умывались из бутылок с водой. Телевизор не работал. Очень неприятна была реакция хозяина на претензию, что мы заранее написали время приезда, но на рецепшене никого не оказалось, пришлось ждать 20 минут. Когда я написала хозяину, что так не должно быть, он предложил нам идти в другой отель. Очень странная реакция на обоснованную претензию.

Pros:

Great place to stay since we were passing through. It's located above the supermarket which is convenient . Overall recommended as this town has few options. There is a great restaurant & var next door.

Cons:

Bad and rude manager, we were a group of 18 adults and the manager told os to take the stairs in stead of elevator. The hotel is on 3 floor. The manager wanted that we should pay for defective elevator!

Great staff, cozy and comfortable room, delicious breakfast. On the entrance floor there is also a supermarket and a pharmacy. Thanks to Sophie, the hotel manager who took care of everything we wanted.

Good option to stay in Matrvili
Pros:

Location was great - in the centre of the city. There were shop and a cafe in the hotel building. Spacious room. Breakfast was tasty and various.

Cons:

Toilet room didn’t close, curtains didn’t close all the windows. The street is noisy, but it isn’t hotel’s fault.
