Pros:

Отличные большие номера, внимательный персонал. Ошибки быстро исправляются. Была в разные дни в одном номере, потухшие лампочки заменили, не забыли. Рядом ботанический сад! А еще магазины, кино и кафе в том же здании. Останавливалась несколько раз

Cons:

Отель расположен внутри торгового центр, новичку немного сложно найти. И некоторые окна выходят внутрь торгового центра 😅

Nicht weiter zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es hat in wenigen Gehminuten viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

- Parken ist teuer
- Zimmer ist nicht so ausgestattet wie beschrieben, zbsp. fehlte der TV dieser wurde erst nach Reklamation und Diskussion zur Verfügung gestellt.
- sehr geringer Wasserdruck beim Duschen (vor allem Warmwasser)
- Im Badezimmer wackelt der Wasserhahn am Waschtisch & die Abdeckung der Badezimmerlampe (Leuchtstoffröhre) fehlte.
- Hotelgänge sind überstellt mit Schmutzwäschesäcke, Matratzen & Zimmermöbel. Ausserdem sind diese nicht sauber gehalten.
- Dieser eine Mitarbeiter war sehr undfreundlich, versuchte uns mit Ausreden zu vertrösten und war danach beleidigt, als er merkte das wir im Recht sind.
- Viele Mobiliarbeschädigungen im Zimmer

Sehr modern eingerichtet und schneller check in.

Cons:

War ziemlich staubig. Die Fenster waren teils zerschlagen aber nicht so, dass etwas reinkam. Der Stromkreis war auch sehr verwirrend.

Einfache, aber gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Berlin
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig direkt an der U-Bahn-Station Helle-Mitte. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Kino, Kletterhalle und Bäckerei: Alles in unmittelbarer Fußnähe. Perfekt für einen Berlin-Besuch!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, man sieht es besonders an der Auslegeware im Flur und an den Türen. Die Zimmer waren aber völlig in Ordnung, alles war sauber und ordentlich.

Pros:

Das Fenster geht zu einem Innenhof, der Überdacht ist. Unten im Innenhof sind Restaurants, ein Kino und im Innenhpr ist ein Kletterparkur. Die Kletterer turnen vor dem Fenster rum, Essengerüche ziehen in das Zimmer, frische Luft gibt es nicht weil der Innenhof überdacht ist.

War selten im Zimmer.
Pros:

Es gab keine Küche. Musste zum Bäcker frühstücken
Keine Flasche Wasser oder ein anderes Getränk. Der Fernseher ging nur über Google TV. . Bedienungsanleitung gab es nicht. Kein zahnputzbecher. 2 Bügel .kein Haken für Handtücher.
