Cons:

Se preciso de travesseiros, cobertas ou qualquer outra coisa eles não levam até o quarto. Isso é ruim para quem já está pronto para dormir e precisa sair de pijama até a recepção para buscar.

O atendimento da recepção foi excelente e do menino do bar do restaurante.

Cons:

Tudo ótimo, exceto pelo fato de faltar comida no restaurante justamente quando tem uma mega conferência e o restaurante do hotel não estar preparado para receber tanta gente.
