Pros:

Daily cleaning with towel changes, amenities and free water.

Cons:

Loud noise from the corridor at night due to doors slamming that cannot be closed quietly, mold in the bathroom, and stains on the bed linen.

Pros:

Чистота, тишина, все работает как надо, все мелочи на своих местах. Если на байке, то все нужные магазины рядом в пределах 5 минут. Топ за цену 13$ на 8 августа 2025. Остановился на 2 дня, остался бы на дольше. Рекомендую.

Cons:

Требуется косметический ремонт в душе.
Раковина засорилась, вода плохо сливается.
Клининг зашел в комнату без разрешения пока я спал днем.
Если бы был приветсвенный чай, кофе, чашки с ложками и холодная бесплатная вода в холодильнике - было бы вообще супер)

Comfortable stay & friendly price and service.
Pros:

I loved that my room was clean ( it looked like it was freshly renovated). The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was a perfect match for my holiday plans. It is indeed very close to the beach (3-5 mins) and a walking distance (+10 more mins) from the city beach facilities (sunbeds, umbrellas) so it was a pleasant walk on the shore.
It is a very quiet area at night so it was a plus!
I did enjoy my stay there, I am grateful that the hotel was very accomodating too with my check in and check out times ☺️

Extra information for fellow vegetarians:
I didn't find any veggie places nearby that were open during my stay but I used grab bike to go to my fave coffeeshop in Da Nang for breakfast and it was just 10 minutes away so it was convenient (the place for breakfast is called Kurumi& and it is close to the road to Hoi An or Da Nang's public beach facilities, some of which have lockers so you can keep your valuables there if you travel solo).

Great bed!
Pros:

The bed and bedding was top notch! Slept like a baby.

Cons:

The main street it is on that leads to the beach seems a little sketchy at first with burning trash at the street corner, but head down the side streets to discover a nice local scene.

Good place to stay in Danang
Pros:

The bed is comfortable and the staff is very kind. We liked the location, it's very close to the beach, the only thing is that there are no chairs and umbrellas to rent in this area of ​​So Tran, there are restaurants and bakeries around. By motorbike you can go to other parts of the beach like My Khe and My An in about 15 minutes.

Cons:

The only thing is that the door closes and we can't go out late at night and one day when we came back late we had to wake up the building guard to open it.

It was budget friendly, but very budget. Loud noises, and unclean.
Pros:

The staff were amazing, but the location was far from everything and the room was not clean. Also, the wind created insane noise from the lift and doors were banging all night. None of us had a good sleep. The hotel is great for budget travel, but it js not an 8/10, more like a 6/10
