Pros:

Es ist alles da, was man sich wünschen würde, sogar kleine Milch für den Kaffee aus der Pad-Maschine. Alle Appartements haben einen Balkon. Die Lage ist ruhig und zentrumsnah.

Gut mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Pros:

Kleine ruhige Wohnung nähe Zentralfriehof mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Schön, daß es einen Balkon gibt. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Die Wohnung war in einem gepflegten Zustand, die Küchenzeile ist jedoch für schmale Menschen geeignet. Die Innenstadt ist fussläufig erreichbar in 15-20 min. ALternativ ist Bus benutzbar.

Cons:

Das ein- und ausschecken beim Anmieten von zwei Zimmern war umständlich. Leider gab es nicht für beide Zimmer einzeln eine Check in Mail, so dass man sich mühsam durch die Buchung suchen musste.
Ärgerlich war, das der Abfluss der Dusche verstopft war, was leider erst nach Benutzung sichtbar geworden ist.

Ich hatte eine frühere Check-in-Zeit angefragt und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass ein kostenloser früher Check-in ab 14:30 Uhr möglich sei. Um 15:00 Uhr traf ich ein, konnte jedoch nicht einchecken. Meine wiederholten Anrufversuche blieben unbeantwortet. Der Check-in war erst um 16:00 Uhr erfolgreich, woraufhin wir das Zimmer betreten konnten. Leider war das Zimmer nicht ordnungsgemäß vorbereitet. Sämtliche Handtücher waren benutzt, frische Bettwäsche fehlte, ebenso wie saubere Gläser. Die Spülmaschine war mit schmutzigem Geschirr gefüllt. Aufgrund dieser Mängel habe ich das Zimmer storniert und bin noch am selben Abend abgereist, ohne eine Rückerstattung zu erhalten. Ich bin zutiefst enttäuscht über diesen Vorfall, der inakzeptabel ist. Während meine Erfahrung im Eco Apartment in Nürnberg ausgezeichnet war, stellte sich die Situation hier in Erlangen als eine absolute Katastrophe dar..
