We will stop for one hour lunch and relaxation at Vancouver’s North Shore’s waterfront Market, restaurants and shops with magnificent view of Vancouver downtown.
At the Capilano River Hatchery there are displays with information and a viewing area where, depending on the season, you can see salmon swimming as they pass up through the hatchery on their way to spawn further up the river.
The outlook is spectacular, with views sweeping from Vancouver Island in the west over Greater Vancouver and south into Washington state.
