1-From Hanoi Airport (HAN) to Hanoi Old Quarter takes about 40 minutes, a little longer in peak traffic hours. When making a booking, you will need to advise us of your flight details and your accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours.
2-Meeting point at Noi Bai airport: Please head outside the arrival hall to column 10 (Terminal 2) and look out for your drive/representative holding sign with your name on it.
3-From Hanoi City Center to Hanoi Airport (HAN):
• For International flight departure: Passengers are advised to be at the airport at least 2.5 hours to 3 hours before flight takes off (you should leave hotels 3.5 hours before flight departure time).
• For Domestic flight departure: Passengers are advised to be at the airport at least 1.5 hours to 2 hours before flight takes off (you should leave hotels 2.5 hours before flight departure time).
• Please give us your detailed address such as your location/building name, street name, street number....so that driver will figure out exactly where to come.
4-Vehicle Options:
• 4-Seater Vehicle, maximum of a group of 2, maximum of 3 medium sized luggage
• 7-Seater Vehicle, maximum of a group of 5, maximum of 5 medium sized luggage
