Please note that the start time shown on the package refers to the **event start time**, not the **pickup time**.
For the correct pickup time, please refer to the **confirmation letter we sent to your email**, or contact us to reconfirm.
For the pickup location Phuket Deep Sea Port, drivers are required to pay an additional THB 200 to enter the port to pick up guests.
From now on, if guests need pickup at this address, an extra THB 200 per group will be charged.
For the return trip, the drop-off can only be at the security gate of Phuket Deep Sea Port. The vehicle is not allowed to enter the port area.
It only takes a few minutes’ walk from the security gate to the boarding point inside the port.
Please also note that due to Phuket Songkran traffic restrictions on April 12, 13, and 14, transfers (private or shared) cannot reach hotels in the following areas: Patong, Kamala, Surin, Bangtao, Laguna, Layan, and Thalang. Guests affected by this restriction will be dropped off at Malin Plaza Patong.
