For accommodations in the Medina (old city) that are not accessible by vehicle, your driver will meet you at the nearest accessible point or provide detailed walking directions. If you're staying at a private residence, Airbnb, or outside the city center, please provide the full address in advance to confirm pickup availability or arrange a nearby meeting point. Pickup time: Between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM — your exact pickup time will be confirmed by email or WhatsApp the day before your tour. Please be ready 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time in your hotel lobby or designated meeting point.
