For airport arrivals, our driver will be waiting just outside the arrivals terminal with a sign bearing your full name. Please ensure you provide a working phone number with WhatsApp in case we need to contact you upon arrival. If your accommodation is inside the Medina (old town) where vehicles are not allowed, we will arrange a meeting point nearby or assist with a porter to walk you to your riad. Pickups from remote areas or countryside properties (e.g., Route de Fès, Route de l’Ourika, Palmeraie, Agafay, etc.) may require additional coordination and a small extra fee depending on distance. If your flight or arrival is delayed, don’t worry—we monitor all flights in real time and wait up to 90 minutes after landing at no extra charge. For departures, we recommend scheduling your pickup at least 3 hours before your flight to ensure timely arrival at Marrakech Airport.
We offer door-to-door drop-off service at the location of your choice in Marrakech. This includes: Hotels, riads, and guesthouses across all Marrakech neighborhoods (Medina, Gueliz, Hivernage, Agdal, Palmeraie, etc.) Private villas, apartments, and Airbnbs (with full address provided) Train station (Gare de Marrakech) CTM or Supratours bus stations Restaurants, cafés, or other meeting points upon request If your riad is inside the Medina where cars cannot reach, our driver will drop you off at the closest accessible point and assist or arrange a porter service to your door if needed.
