- Guests must be on time at the meeting point. In case of delays of more than 10 minutes you won't be able to access the Vatican Museums and join your group. No refund is due;
- A dress code is required to enter the Vatican Museum and St. Peter's Basilica. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements;
- Exact full names of all travelers must be provided at the time of booking, as Vatican Museums entry tickets are nominal and checked against ID at the entrance. Any discrepancies with the names on your IDs will result in denied access, and you will not be able to join the tour;
- Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Vatican Museums;
- Due to the Jubilee, some monuments may be under restoration. Please pay attention to any messages we may send regarding potential changes;
- A minimum of 4 participants is required to run the tour. If the minimum is not met, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund;
