08:00 Pick up from your hotel and drive around 50 kilometers from Bangkok, you will reach Mahasawat canals, located in Nakhon Pathom province. 09.00 Enjoy exploring and observing authentic rural life and agro tour operated by agricultural community living along the canal. Take a boat ride to visit rice field, local temple, lotus field, home factory producing Thai sweet and rice crackers. Then take an exciting ride on E-tan (convertible truck or Thai-style tractor). Continue to visit one of the biggest orchid farms with various species of colorful orchids, where you will learn about orchid cultivation for export quality.
12.00 Visit Sanamchan Palace. Located a few kilometres on the West of Phra Pathom Chedi, the palace was constructed by King Rama VI’s command in 1907 and occupies about 355 acres. Visit beautiful halls includes Phiman Pathom Hall, the first hall built in the Sanam Chan Palace. It is of European architecture, a two-storey building in which King Rama VI resided before his ascension to the throne. There several rooms in the hall including His majesty’s bedroom, bathroom, dining room, and dressing-room among others.
13.00 Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. 14.00 Experience local fresh market and Prapatom Chedi with its upside down bell shape sacred Chedi (Lankan style), which was built by King Rama IV and completed in the reign of King Rama V in 1870 AD to house the Lord Buddha’s relics. There are various interesting historical items to see, including the Phra Ruang Rodjanarit , an image of Buddha bestowing pardon, is enshrined in a vihara located in the North and in front of Phra Pathom Chedi.
15.00 Drive back to Bangkok. On the way visit Wat Sampran, known as the Dragon Temple, built in 1985. The temple is notable for its 17- story tall pink cylindrical building with a gigantic dragon sculpture curling around the entire height. 16.00 Return to Bangkok by Van and transfer to hotel
