On our first stop, after a 4 hour drive from Luanda, we have a short walk through the town of Ndalatando and visit the Botanical Garden

After lunch, we continue our trip to Malange for 2 more hours and head to the Calendula Falls Viewpoint.

Day 2
Malange / Cuanza Norte

Kalandula Falls
We leave the lodge by 7 am and head to Pousada Calandula where we hike down the hill for a closer look of the falls, and have breakfast after the refreshing hike.

Black Stones of Pungo Andongo
We continue driving for 2 hours to visit the Black Rocks of Pungo Andongo, have short hike up to better enjoy the view from the top of the rocks. We continue our way to Muconga Farm where we spend the night

Day 3
Cuanza Norte Cuanza sul

We visit the Binga Waterfalls and have lunch by the river while enjoying the view of the falls

Sumbe
After Lunch we head back to the road for about an hour for our Hike down the mysterious Sassa Caves. After our challenging and exciting hike we get back to the road for another 2 hours to get to Carpe Diem beach resort where we have dinner and spend the night.

Day 4
Safari day

Kissama National Park Gate
After breakfast, we proceed to the Quiçama National Park, for a 2 hour Safari. We then take a boat to Chilala floating restaurant to enjoy a local delicacy: Mufete, a grilled fish based dish with sweet potato, banana plantain, kassava and palm oil beans.

Miradouro da Lua
After the Safari we stop to appreciate the Moon Viewpoint then continue our way for another boat ride to get to Mussulo island for dinner and Accomodation.

Day 5
Beach Day

After a short moment by the beach, we have breakfast and take a boat back to the mainland for our tour of Luanda City.

The opportunity to learn about the history of slavery time in Angola

Fortaleza de Sao Miguel
We visit the Military historical Museum of Luanda found at the fortress of São Miguel to learn more about the colonial and modern history of Angola

Palacio de Ferro
The iron Palace is said to have been designed by Gustave Eiffel, we learn the intriguing story behind it's construction in Luanda.
