Welcome to Rome! This 3-hour private tour is the ideal way to get acquainted with the city center and its many highlights. Start at the wonderful Spanish Steps, you'll have time to wander around the lively piazza before you make your way to the magnificent, baroque style Trevi Fountain that will leave you in awe. The Pantheon is the best-preserved building from ancient Rome. Marvel at its domed ceiling, peep through the oculus and learn its history and whose tombs lie within. Make your way along the narrow streets to Piazza Navona, a marvellous square that resembles an outdoor museum with a trio of fountains. The last stop is Campo de Fiori, another well-known square with an interesting history and lively market.

3Pantheon
A visit to the best-preserved ancient building in Rome is a must! The Pantheon, once a temple and now a church was built by Emperor Hadrian and is a unique piece of architecture. Marvel at the large domed ceiling, which was the largest of its time.

4Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi
The Fountain of Four Rivers is located in the centre of Piazza Navona and can't be missed as you can spot the Egyptian obelisk in the distance. Admire the great work which was built in the 17th Century and designed by Bernini, one of the greatest sculptors. To get a better understanding of the monument, it honors the 4 great rivers: the River Nile, the Ganges, the Danube and the Rio de la Plata.

5Piazza Navona
One of the most famous squares in Rome is Piazza Navona. Once known for it's sporting events that took place in the stadium, it is now admired for the stunning trio of fountains and the charming houses that border the square. You can't miss Bernini's 'Fountain of the Four Rivers' in the centre of the piazza with the Egyptian Obelisk standing atop.

6Campo De' Fiori
The field of flowers is the exact translation of Campo de' Fiori because it was once just that. In 1456 it was paved and public executions took place. Today it is a vibrant market during the day where you can find fruit, vegetables and flowers.
