We’ll visit Ston, a charming medieval town known for its impressive Gothic walls. Historically, Ston was the main center for sea salt production in the Dubrovnik Republic, and its salt pans are among the oldest in Europe. The town is encircled by the longest defensive walls in medieval Europe.
A highlight of the tour is the opportunity to harvest Oysters by boat. You’ll learn about the oyster farming process and taste these delicious, natural aphrodisiacs fresh from the sea. Along with this a meal with mussels will be prepared, the popular "buzara" which is so well known and so delicious in the whole religion
