- The tour fee has included the transportation to and fro Hakone (with Consumer tax and toll fee)
- If the weather is too bad and tour must be cancelled, customer will be informed on or before 14:00 the day before.
- Please arrive the departure location 10 mins before the departure time. No waiting for anyone being late and the tour fee is not refundable.
- Please understand that the time of the itinerary may be adjusted if there is serious traffic jam.
- Depends on the snow situation, Grinpa may be changed to Yeti park. Please follow tour leader’s arrangement on that day.
- Clothes rental fee is not included for sledging experience. Customer should prepare jacket and gloves by themselves.
- Only one hand carry bag is allowed and please store your huge luggage at hotel or nearby lockers.
