Meeting and pickup
This private transfer requires your FLIGHT NUMBER and the specific drop off loction like hotel name, street name, house number... so that the driver can know where to take you to. For the domestic arrival, our driver will wait for you at the arrival lobby with your name sign. For the international arrival, please head out of the arrival lobby to meet our driver at the pillar 10 outside. What to expect
When landing the airport, you have time relaxing and avoid headache of navigating in a new area. The driver will arrive airport earlier than landing time for the pickup preparation. For the domestic arrival, our driver will hold your name sign at the arrival lobby. For the international arrival, please head out of the arrival lobby to meet our driver at pillar 10 outside of the arrival lobby exit. You can easily find your name sign in the area.
Once you meet the driver you will have 40minute comfortable drive to your hotel as given in the booking. The driver will drop you off and you say goodbye to driver. The pickup service finishes.
Please note:
1/ It will be crowded in the airport sometimes. Thus, if any stranger head to your place and inform you that he is your driver without your name sign, please ignore him - a taxi scam.
2/ You MUST give us your FLIGHT NUMBER (so that our drivers can know where exactly to wait - the domestic or international arrival lobby). You also MUST give us your HOTEL NAME (so that our driver will know exactly where to drop you off)

- The FLIGHT number (not the reservation code) is very important. We need to have your flight numer so our driver can know you will land at the domestic or international terminal

- Our vehicle will drop you at hotel lists given. We also drop you in Hanoi Old Quarter and other areas in the city (you should mention your hotel name in the booking).
