What to expect

The surf lesson is 4 hours and consists of a great warmup and an explanation about all surf techniques: paddling, wave positioning, catching waves, standing on the board, and riding waves properly.
Before getting into the water, you will also be provided with instructions about safety procedures and surf etiquette.
