Welcome to explore by kayak the beautiful brackish water lagoons of Sian Ka’an.

We paddle during the last hours of the day, as the sun sets over the lagoon—one of the most magical moments in the reserve. At this time, many birds return to their nesting islands, and we observe them respectfully in their natural habitat.
Enjoy peaceful surroundings, soft light, and incredible colors reflected on the water.
No experience is required, but a moderate level of physical effort is part of the adventure.

This is the best opportunity to get introduced to kayaking for first timers or experienced ones who want to explore the incredible natural wonders of this region. What we will see depends on how far we go away from the humans to increase the chances to encounter more wild life but we try to visit the bird islands keeping a proper distance so they feel comfortable with some kayaks around … Welcome Amigos!
