    Chua Tran Quoc

    First Stop at Tran Quoc Pagoda – the oldest pagoga located on Golden Fish IsLand in West Lake. Tran Quoc Pagoda is located on a small islet of West Lake (Tay Ho District, Hanoi). Visitors can go inside the pagoda through its main gate on No. 46, Thanh Nien Street. Tran Quoc Pagoda worships Amitabha Buddha, Shakyamuni Buddha, and Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva. Additionally, there is an altar dedicated to Guan Yu, Guan Ping, Zhou Shang, and Anathapindika.

    Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum

    One Pillar Pagoda

    Then visit One Pillar Pagoda where worships the Goddess of Mercy which is the most unique pagoda in the world. The One Pillar Pagoda was originally built by the Emperor Ly Thai Tong who ruled from 1028 to 1054. According to the annals, the heirless emperor dreamed that he met Quan The Am Bo Tat, the Goddess of Mercy, who handed him a male child. Ly Thai Tong then married a young peasant girl and had a son and heir by her. As a way of expressing his gratitude for this event, he constructed a pagoda here in 1049.

    Vietnam Museum of Ethnology

    We continute visit Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the culture of 54 ethnic groups living in the whole country of Vietnam.Vietnam Ethnology Museum Hanoi offers an insight into the 54 different ethnic groups of Vietnam in an effort to preserve cultural heritage and promote sociology-cultural diversity within the country. Visitors are welcome to browse some of the vast research on offer at this public museum which is also a centre for ethnographic research.Then we stop at local restaurant for having lunch with Vietnamese cuisines. Special Note : we will visit Women Museum instead of Ethnology Museum closed on Mondays.

    Hoa Lo Prison

    Leave for Hoa Lo Prison which originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the "Hanoi Hilton. Located at address 1 Hoa Lo Street, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hoan Kiem District (Ha Noi), Hoa Lo Prison Relic was known before as "hell on earth" right in the heart of Ha Noi. Coming to Hoa Lo Prison Relic, visitors will have a chance to experience the images recreating the scene where political prisoners were tortured. After Hoa Lo Prison, our driver and guide will take you back to hotel/place in Hanoi Old Quarter Area between 16h15 to 16h30 PM. Tour finishes.
