Walk through the Tridente neighborhood where Caravaggio resided in the15th century and on to the church of St. Louis of the French. Here you can admire the artist's work on the altarpiecec in the Contarelli Chapel, which displays paintings of St. Matthew's life.
Take a look at the Madonna of Loreto, one of his most famous paintings, which he donated to the Sant’Agostino church.
