Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi at 8 AM. After getting out of bustle and hustle Hanoi, time to enjoy the countryside view through the windows while driving northwestward to Yen Bai province. Arrive Khau Pha Pass early in the afternoon. It is regarded as one of the 4 greatest passes in Northern Vietnam. Enjoy your time with panoramic view from 2000m above sea level, looking down the valley with lush rice terraces.

Later on, continue to Mu Cang Chai where you stay overnight at a local homestay of Thai ethnic minority. Have a short walk to discover the village before dinner and call it a day.

In the morning, get a transfer to the full day trekking point. Our trek will start from Che Cu Nha to La Pan Tan on a 17 km trail. This trek will definitely offer us a good opportunity to see the main spots and admire the beauty of amazing rice terraces that Mu Cang Chai has to offer. You are also able to visit a few villages of the Hmong hill tribes scattered in the area. Get picked up at around 4.00 PM. Transfer back to your homestay after a meaningful day of adventure.

After breakfast, check out of the room and make our way back to Hanoi. Lunch on the way. Arrive Hanoi late in the afternoon.
