Famen Temple used to be the imperial temple in the Tang Dynasty. And with the re-discover of Buddhist relics, Famen temple become world famous among Buddhist followers. Hanyangling is the tomb of Emperor Jingdi in the Han Dynasty. In Jingdi’s mausoleum you will see lots of mini terracotta Warriors and Horses. Which is quite interesting if you compare them with the ones in Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum.

At 08:30 your guide and driver will meet you at your hotel lobby. Today’s adventure begins with the Famen Temple which situated about 118 km west of Xi’an.
Famen Temple is a famous Buddhist temple which holds the genuine relics of Gautama Buddha (Sakyamuni). Besides the the genuine relics of Gautama Buddha you will also see lots of exquisite Buddhist ware.
After lunch on your own, drive for about 1.5 hours to Hanyangling Museum, the tomb of Emperor Jingdi in the Han Dynasty. Here you will see lots of mini terracotta warriors and horses. Through the different scale mortuary objects and different facial expression in two emperors’ mausoleum you will find the different personality and management modes of them.
Later you will be transferred back to your hotel.
