We will pick you up from your Beijing downtown area in the early morning and send you to train station for the high speed train to Xian.
In the early morning around 6am, our Beijing driver will meet you at your Beijing hotel lobby and send you to train station for high speed train to Xian (suggest G91/07:55 - 12:06 or similar).
Upon your arrival, our Xian local guide will meet you at the train station according to your train schedule. Then you will be transferred to downtown area for the touring.
Xi'an Ancient City Wall is the most complete preserved and the largest city wall in China, built for the military defense in the ancient time. It's rated as one of must-visited attractions in Xian. Bike riding on the City Wall is available and optional (please pay on site if you have interest).
Next, visit the Bell and Drum Tower Square which is absolutely a landmark of Xian with history of over 600 years. It is located in the center of Xian city. You will have some free time to take memorable photos of the outside appearance of Bell and Drum Tower.
Get ready for a flavor explosion! In the late afternoon, immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Grand Tang Dynasty Ever-bright City. This cultural and entertainment complex offers a unique blend of history and modernity. As you walk through the city, you'll encounter recreations of Tang Dynasty architecture, bustling markets, and lively street performances. You will also have chance to see the famous Big Wild Goose Pagoda from outside here. Explore the various attractions, perhaps stopping by traditional tea houses or souvenir shops along the way. The city is designed to transport you back in time, allowing you to experience the rich heritage of the Tang Dynasty.
Today’s tour starts with the world famous Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. It is known as ”the Eighth Wonders of the World", the museum shows a surprisingly high level in sculpture. It is located about 30km east of the Xian Central City and it takes around 50 minutes drive. The original site was found by four local farmers drilling a well in 1974. Now it has turned into the most important attraction in Xian - Terracotta Army and Horse Museum. The museum includes Pit 1, Pit 2 and Pit 3 as well the exhibition hall of the chariots and horses. The Pit 1 is the largest in the three. The museum and the mausoleum are listed the world's cultural legacies by the UNESCO.
Drop-off service will be provided properly. You will be transferred to Xian North Train Station to catch the return way train to Beijing (suggest G662/15:04 - 20:30 or similar).
When you arrive to Beijing train station, our local driver will meet you in time and send you back to your Beijing hotel. Service ends here and we wish you a good night.
