Visiting the most pristine and highest placed Tilicho Lake (4949m) has been the dreams for many explorers around the world. It is a glacier-fed lake surrounded by crystal clear mountains, plenty of indigenous folklore, and extreme environment with the presence of a strong spiritualness. Since the trek is connected to the legendary Annapurna Region area, the trail provides the fascinating and magnificent views of massif Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges along with the real taste of trekking in this area. The Tilicho pass trekking might be quite challenging due to difficult terrain. However, it is acceptable that the beautiful sceneries of Manang and Tilicho treat you surprisingly.

    Tribhuvan International Airport

    Our representative will meet you on your arrival at the Airport and transfer you to the Hotel. An information session about the program will be conducted by our Tour Guide. Overnight stay in Hotel.

    Sightseeing in the Kathmandu Valley

    Pashupatinath Temple

    Early in the morning after breakfast, our tour guide will takes you for the sightseeing around the Kathmandu, the sightseeing site are- Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, and Buddhists shrine (Bouddhanath) which is one of the large Stupas in the world. In the late afternoon you will have preparation for the trek and you can buy necessary equipment. Pashupatinath is one of the most sacred Hindu shrines in the world and lies 5 kms east of the city center. The richly-ornamented pagoda houses the sacred Linga, or phallic symbol, of Lord Shiva.

    Boudhanath Stupa

    It is 2500 years old Buddhist stupa in the Valley built in 5th century with four pairs of eyes of Lord Buddha in four cardinal directions keeping an eternal watch over the people and their doings. You will find Buddhist pilgrims from Tibet going round the stupa spinning the prayer wheels.

    Drive to Chamje (1410 m)

    On this day we have our breakfast by 6:00 a.m. in the morning and head towards tourist Bus Park and board a tourist bus to Besisahar. Then we take a jeep to Chamje. The drive to Chamje on one of the major highways is exhilarating with beautiful views of never leaving tributaries, lush green hills and roadside settlements.

    Chamje to Bagarchaap (2160 m)

    After a breakfast at Chamje, we head towards the bank of Marshyangdi river steeply upwards to Dharapani village, the first village in Mustang district.

    Bagarchaap to Chame (2650 m)

    The trail towards the headquarter of Manang district- Chame treats you with the beautiful views of Annapurna ranges and the sceneries around. There are also two small hot springs crossing by the village. Tonight we stay at Chame.

    Chame to Pisang (3200 m)

    The trail towards the narrow valley with lush green forests leads us steeply towards Pisang. On the way, we cross several rivers through suspension bridges. Overnight we stay at Pisang.

    Pisang to Manang (3519 m)

    Today, we head towards the dry and barren landscapes towards high terrain of Manang district, beyond himalayas. This area does not experience rainfall. The people settling in this area partailly raise crops in only certain times of the year. Overnight at Guesthouse.

    Manang to Siri Kharka

    We follow path down to river and through the western gates and coniferous forests. Then we head steeply uphill towards Siri Kharka passing through the monastery on the way. You can watch the beautiful picturesque of Gunggang Himal and Mt. Chulu. We stay at Siri Kharka tonight.

    Siri Kharka to Tilicho Base Camp (5000 m)

    Today's walk might be slightly challenging due to walking into the middle of landslide area. Here you can see the impressive rock formations along the trail. Overnight at Tilicho Base Camp.

    Explore Tilicho Lake and back to Siri Kharka

    The steep hike through yak and deer grazing and watershed areas leads to the famous and sacred water Tilicho Lake. This is one of the most holiest lake for Hindus which is also mentioned in Ramayan. It is also commonly called the Great Ice Lake. After spending sometime here, we head back to Siri Kharka.

    Trek from Siri Kharka to Yak Kharka (4018 m)

    After an early morning breakfast at Siri Kharka, we head towards Yak Kharka through the ancient monastery- Tare Gumba. On the way, we encounter Khangasar village through Thorang Khola Valley. Overnight we stay at Yak Kharka.

    Yak Kharka to Phedi (1130 m)

    We cross the another river at 4310 meters and head towards High Camp. After delicious breakfast, we head towards Phedi.

    Today's steep uphill walk rewards with crossing one of the beat viewpoints and pass in Annapurna Region, the Thorang La Pass. The way towards the pass are covered by chortens, stupas, tibetan prayer flags, and of course the beautiful sceneries. Tonight we stay at Muktinath.

    Trek to Jomsom (2700 m)

    On this day we will visit the Muktinath Temple at early morning, and after breakfast we head towards the Jomsom enjoying the best landscapes, vegetations, sceneries, and picturesque that Nepal has to offer. Overnight we stay at Jomsom.

    Fly back to Pokhara (827 m)

    On this day we have our breakfast by 6:00 a.m. in the morning and get ready to head towards Kathmandu. The bus ride will take around 7 hours through curvy roads of hilly terrain with couple of breaks in between for snacks and lunch. Tracing the same way back we reach Kathmandu and we transfer you back at the hotel
