This tour begins at Nordbahnhof, the so-called Ghost Station, with a mix of the news that was broadcast around the world on the day the Berlin Wall fell. Be guided by 3D sound effects and follow the voice of your narrator. Your walk will take you to the Berlin Wall Memorial Visitor Center, where you will discover the "Street of Tears." You'll also learn about the Window of Remembrance, where you can see how the steel pipes protruding from the ground recreate the exact course of the Wall. The memorial consists of a seventy meter long piece of the original wall, which makes it one of the most emotional places in Berlin and a place to pay respect to the victims of this chapter of history. The walk continues to the Documentation Center and The Viewing Platform, where the narrator will tell you the story of Checkpoint Charlie. The tour ends at the last station that stands for the forgiveness and the resistance of the German people: the Chapel of Reconciliation.
