Meeting and pickup
Your pick-up time will be confirmed via email from Apukka Resort (the activity provider) within 48 hours of booking. Please make sure you open and read this email!
We offer two pick-up points:
Rovaniemi City Center: at address Korkalonkatu 23, pickup time 35 min before activity starting time.
Santa Claus Village: The bus stop Napapiiri I by the main road, E75, pickup time 25 min before activity starting time.
Please note that if you miss the pick-up, refunds are not available.
If you arrive by your own car or other transportation, please arrive straight to address Tutkijantie 28. There is free parking in the area. Please arrive 15 minutes before activity departure time.
