Pickup details:

Please arrive on time at the meeting point. The bus will leave exactly on the given time. If you miss the pick up time we will not refund the excursion. The pick-up time from Rovaniemi city center (Korkalonkatu 32): 45 minutes before safari starting time. The pick-up from Santa Claus Village bus stop by the main road 30 minutes before safari starting time.

What to expect

Walk through the wilderness of Lapland with a friendly reindeer! At Apukka Resort, you'll enter a fenced area where curious reindeer are waiting to meet you. You'll join them and a professional herder on a walk through the woods, learning about the animals and the ancient tradition of reindeer herding. After your journey, warm up with a hot cup of traditional Lappish black pot coffee.
