    08:45 AM - Venture to Wat Suan Dok, a historic temple located just west of the old walled city of Chiang Mai. This temple is renowned for its myriad white chedis and its name, "flower garden temple," alluding to its past as a royal flower garden. Marvel at the many chedis, including a majestic 48-meter-tall golden chedi containing Buddha's relic.     01:30 PM - Explore the charming Wat Jed Yod, an extraordinary Lanna temple complex on the outskirts of Chiang Mai. The temple houses the ashes of King Tilokkarat, the ruler of the Lanna Kingdom from 1441 to 1487, in a revered chedi.
