Located on the Maidan near Jawaharlal Nehru Road (Chowringhee Road), the memorial covers 57 acres of land with 21 landscaped gardens. Our trip ends at Prinsep Ghat, located along the banks of the Hooghly River. Built during British rule, this memorial reflects a blend of Greek and Gothic architecture. At night, the area comes alive as the Setu glows with dazzling lights, making it one of the best places to visit in Kolkata after dark.
