19:00 - 19:45 Vietnamese Dinner on Board Enjoy an 8-course Vietnamese dinner served at your private table. Enjoy a carefully selected menu that showcases the authentic flavors of Hue, Vietnam’s former imperial capital. Your meal begins with fresh banana blossom salad and crispy spring rolls, followed by a hearty mixed soup and a tasting of traditional Hue cakes. Savor steamed Tam Giang lagoon squid with ginger, sticky rice topped with shrimp floss, and steamed chicken with onions.
