Standing before the revered Quan Thanh De Quan statue fills you with a deep sense of serenity.

At 1040 AM, go to the old Huynh Thuy Le House. See how well East meets West in its design. Learn about the love story between a Vietnamese-Chinese person named Huynh Thuy Le and Marguerite Duras, a French writer. At noon, we will leave for Cao Lanh City. Later, at 12:45 PM, we will enjoy a tasty local meal at a restaurant with many traditional Vietnamese dishes. After lunch, we'll check into our hotel and take some time to relax before continuing.

At 3:00 PM, head to Tram Chim Nation Park. In the afternoon, at 4:00 PM, take a traditional boat ride through the wetlands, exploring wild rice fields, mesmerizing tram forests, and stunning lotus gardens in bloom. At 6:00 PM, experience a traditional meal in Tram Chim Town. Savor local flavors from the Dong Thap Muoi region like eel porridge hot pot, grilled catfish with ginger-based sauce, sour snakehead fish soup, and shrimp-stir fried water mimosa. After dinner, return to Cao Lanh at 700 PM and check into your hotel to rest and prepare for tomorrow's exciting adventures.

At 9:00 AM, we leave for the Gao Giong Ecotourism Site, situated in the Cao Lanh district of Dong Thap province. Around 10:00 AM, we arrive at this amazing site where you can spot and listen to hundreds of bird species. Take a step up the 18-meter-tall observation tower and use the telescope to marvel at the stunning greenery of the tram forest and the breathtaking sight of thousands of birds thriving in their natural habitat.

At noon, savor a hearty meal that highlights the flavors of the local wetlands. This rustic lunch includes dishes made with fresh ingredients like grilled snakehead fish wrapped in young lotus leaves and served with tamarind fish sauce, whole snakehead cooked in a clay pot until caramelized, and a tangy soup featuring Linh fish and water lilies.

At 2:00 pm, depart from Gao Giong and drive along Highway 1A towards the My Thuan - Trung Luong expressway, which leads back to Ho Chi Minh City. After After a few hours of driving, arrive in Ho Chi Minh City at around 600 pm.
