The local guide will pick you up at your hotel ( if located in Vilnius ). Travelers can request the tour to start from any hotel. Užupis is the smallest district in Vilnius and is separated from the Old Town by the Vilnelė River. Formerly a troublesome place in the early 1990s, Užupis has grown into a beautiful neighbourhood of artists, intellectuals and entrepreneurs.
The Cathedral Square in Vilnius is the main square of the Vilnius Old Town, right in front of the neo-classical Vilnius Cathedral. It is a key location in city's public life, situated as it is at the crossing of the city's main streets and reflecting the city's diversity.
Stikliu Street in the past was a Jewish centre of commerce in the city of Vilnius, with the main activity being glass manufacture. Nowadays, it is just a narrow street with some interesting buildings to view and an expensive hotel.
A standard meet up spot for locals, the Town Hall is a pretty average classical building painted with muted colors. The surrounding square has mostly Soviet classical buildings, though when painted creatively they blend and look older than they appear.
