Meeting and pickup
We are located about 10 minutes up the mountain road above Christos Raches village. Keep driving up the mountain road and you will arrive to our green-gated winery!
What to expect
A vertical tasting is a conversation with time itself. By tasting multiple vintages of the same wine side by side, you will discover how sun, wind, rain, and seasons leave their impressions on each individual bottle.
Through a carefully selected series of aged vintages, you will have the opportunity to discover:
Fokiano, in expressions evolving from freshness to deep complexity
Begleri, revealing its delicacy and dynamic character through time
The influence of soil, climate, and vintage on each wine
Each sip is a transition.
Each vintage, a different chapter.
This experience is not only about wine.
It is about experiencing ancient Ikaria in our glass, the slow and meandering influence of time, and the continuity between past and present.
Participation is limited to 6 people, with a fixed price regardless of the number of participants.
