Only an hour by ferry from São Vicente, Santo Antao boasts of green valleys, mountains, vegetation traditional farming lifestyle, hardworking people and rich culture, which cannot be justified by words, but must be taken in by your encounter.     Fontainhas is one of the WORLDS MOST PICTURESQUE villages on earth! Walking up along ocean coastal path, passing small villages of people with their plantations, men, woman, children even animals all have a role in the village and here you will witness how they make it all come together.
