What to expect
At Decus Italia, we are pleased to provide you with a comfortable, reliable, and professional private transfer service designed to make your journey as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Our service includes flight monitoring, so in case of any delay, our driver will automatically adjust the pick-up time according to your actual landing time. Upon your arrival, your dedicated driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals terminal with a tablet displaying your name, making it easy for you to identify them. The driver will be available with a complimentary waiting time of up to 60 minutes from the actual landing time.
For your comfort and safety, each passenger may travel with one medium-sized suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. Please remember that, according to Italian road traffic regulations, luggage must be stored exclusively in the vehicle’s trunk and cannot be carried inside the passenger area.
The vehicle provided depends on the number of passengers:
Up to 2 passengers: a comfortable sedan will be assigned.
From 3 passengers: a spacious minivan will be provided to ensure additional comfort and luggage capacity.
If you are travelling with extra luggage, oversized items, special equipment, or if you would simply prefer a larger vehicle, please inform us in advance. If you need a minivan even for only 1 or 2 passengers, you can select 3 passengers when booking and pay only the additional cost for the vehicle upgrade.
To ensure smooth communication, please keep your mobile phone or WhatsApp active after landing. Our driver may contact you directly if necessary to assist you and coordinate the meeting point.
Please remember that if you require a return transfer, a separate booking must be made for your return journey. Each transfer is organized individually according to the specific date, time, flight details, passengers, and vehicle requirements.
