Meeting and pickup
If you are arriving at the airport, please always provide the correct flight number. Upon your flight’s arrival, our designated driver will be waiting at the arrival terminal, holding a tablet displaying your name. The driver will monitor your flight and adjust for any delays. The pickup time selected during the booking process is only an approximate estimate, as the driver will be present at the exact time of your flight’s landing. The maximum waiting time at the airport is 60 minutes. Please keep your phone or WhatsApp active in case of emergencies.
If you are departing from your hotel or accommodation, please ensure that you provide the correct and complete address of your hotel in Milan city center. In this case, the maximum waiting time at the hotel is 15 minutes.
What to expect
Our drivers will pick you up directly at your accommodation or meet you at the airport, assisting you with your luggage and providing any information you may need during the trip. You will travel in clean, comfortable, and well-maintained vehicles, without the hassle of finding a taxi or worrying about timing.
Please let us know your preferred pickup time, keeping in mind that the journey from the city center to the airport takes approximately 20 minutes. Remember to provide your flight details and the number of pieces of luggage.

3–6 passengers: maximum 2 pieces of luggage plus 1 handbag per person
